MATHractive aims to reduce math learning losses among 8th-grade students using Project-Based Learning (PBL). Theproject will develop 6 interactive PBL math modules, integrate them into a digital learning platform, and train teachers inpartner schools. By combining innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and interdisciplinary learning, MATHractive willincrease student engagement, improve problem-solving skills, and ensure long-term adoption of PBL in Europeaneducation.
MATHractive will develop 6 PBL-based math modules, train teachers in 4 partner countries, and create an interactive onlineplatform. Activities include PBL workshops for teachers, pilot training sessions for students, and platform testing in schools.The project will also research math learning losses, publish scientific findings, and implement a dissemination strategythrough digital outreach, social media, and stakeholder engagement.
MATHractive will deliver 6 PBL-based math modules, an interactive online platform with 500+ users, and a certificationsystem.At least 100 students will complete PBL training, and 50+ teachers will be trained in PBL methodology.The project will produce a scientific article on PBL’s impact, engage 50,000+ people through digital dissemination, andinfluence educational policies by collaborating with schools, ministries, and publishers.
