Students work in small groups in specially selected schools. At the beginning the planning and teaching is done in cooperation with fellow students. Later on lessons are planned and taught autonomously. Immediately after each lesson there is the opportunity to reflect upon the teaching and evaluate the lesson. Experienced mentors assist and support the students' endeavours.
